Don't know if I am posting in the right place but hopefully MNHQ will move/advise accordingly.
Ordered these boots on 10th October for my DD. Today these boots arrived (only with MUCH fouler, "fur") On trying to return them as not what I ordered I have been requested to fill in a claim form which they tell me will take them 14 days and 8% of the cost of the boots to process, that is IF they agree to refund at all!! Fuming!
Don't buy from this company!
Maybe should have posted in legal? Advice as to what to do next? MNHQ? Anyone?
