I just wanted to tell people about this as I feel Maclaren are being excellent.
We bought a Maclaren Vogue nearly 3 yrs ago now and about 18mths ago the brakes gave up the ghost, it's taken me until yesterday to actually get round to getting the pushchair into a shop to get it fixed. The shop were stumped by it and had to phone Maclaren for technical support, Maclaren are being excellent - it turns out to be a parts failure and they advised us immediately that's what it was and that the parts would be despatched to the repairers immediately and would be free of charge. - AFTER 3 YEARS!!!
Excellent after sales service - Well done Maclaren.
