I bought the newest one in may, have been using it strictly every 2 weeks on the highest level (as per instructions). At first i noticed a 'redution' but def not 'hair free' that they promise within 2 months. I continued every 2 week thinking maybe i was just needing more than usual. I contacted phillips and asked them if i am wasting my time STILL doing this every 2 weeks (5 months down the line) they just replied that 'every one was different'. Just want to know if anyone has had similar problem???
