Girls' cotton nighties. Where to buy?

I can't find cotton nighties for my DD, aged 4, anywhere. They are all polyester. Why is this?! Pyjamas are always cotton. Does anyone know where I can buy cotton nighties?

white company, boden ? Look out for what's in the boden sale. I find the quality good, but it isn't cheap!
I always buy my kids 100% cotton sleepwear. Polyester is hideous !

dd has gorgeous white company nighties. She's 2 but is in 3-4. Sometims wears gap PJs which are also cotton.

have you tried \link{http://www.childrens-warehouse.com/deptview2.asp?dept%5Fid=3&mscssid=FUGP5DLMPKLT9JM6RXMDF0EPMN34DAMD\Children's Warehouse}? Not too pricey but quite "traditional"
