Grobags - larger than 18-36 months, anybody seen any?

DD (18 months today!) is fast outgrowing her grobag. She has always been very happy in them and still travels an entire circuit of her cotbed on a nightly basis so I would prefer to keep using them, added advantage being the difficulty of swinging her (increasingly long) legs over the side of the cot Smile. Most brands only seem to go to 36 months - has anybody seen any bigger ones?

I'm not sure if she has any available anymore, but the lady whose website we made has child-sized grobags (age 3-6 years) listed. Please have a look

You could drop her a line and find out. HTH

Could you undo the seam at the bottom of the ones you have and add some extra quilted material?

Nonyummymummy · 25/03/2006 22:10

Thanks - had a look and looks great! Will get ordering.

Bran - great idea except I am so cr*p at sewing that I leave trousers in the dry cleaners to get taken up Blush

NannyL - thanks you are right, they are on the bumpto3 website - now I have choices!

I can sympathise with that NYM. Grin I just remembered seeing some in Mothercare that were really big (I remember because we were laughing that it was almost big enough to fit my friend who's over 5 ft). I can't remember how much they cost though.

I'm selling one that is suitable for 4-5yo (is that 110cm?). German made, 100% cotton, separable cover & inner, blue with gold stars. Not much used. CAT me if interested.

Nome · 10/04/2006 12:25

Bump for zebra - are you still selling this? My lanky three year old needs one.

zebraz · 10/04/2006 19:55

I am, Nome. It's a really good quality German-made one. I paid £35 for it, suppose I would really like £15 plus postage for it. CAT me if interested?

Nome · 20/04/2006 21:55

Sorry Zebra, we've been on holiday. I've tried to CAT you, but Zebraz isn't recognised. Which zebra are you at the moment please?

Thanks.

Been to TK Maxx this week and they have some at 9.99 and a couple reduced to £7 (Zorbit, cotton) which I snapped up, but sadly none of the 3+ ones left. But I thought I would post anyway because they were such a good buy someone might be interested
