Smartphone contract with free/cheap phone for under £13 pm?

Is it doable? Can anyone link to any tariffs?
Currently on o2 sim only deal with my old iPhone 3G but it barely works now so need another phone. I pay £13.50 Inc unlimited texts, 100mins and 100data.

Alternatively is there a smartphone handset that is affordable to buy outright?

Try Tesco mobile, they seem to have good rates.

If you have your land line/internet through talktalk have a look at their mobile deals - from £5 (with data, smartphone etc) but only if you're already with them

dh just signed up to 3 with £13 a month - 5000 texts and 100 minutes with all-you-can-possibly-need internet.

ps. i used to be on an o2 sim only deal but they let me have a phone when i renewed. with asking in the o2 shop.
