How do you find all the good deals (Kindle?)

Are there any newsletters that you can sign up to or is it just pure accident? Like the other day I got the Ken Follet book for 20p after seeing the thread on here but it makes me wonder how many good deals I end up missing. Where do you all find out about them?

Kindle boards is a good place to look. Lots of free books there.

You can also filter by price on the Kinfle website. I've found lots if free books that way.
