Please recommend some earphones for my ipod that will stay in when I run

Well, that't it. Just need some earphones that will stay in while I'm running. The ones I got with my ipod are huge, they hardly stay in while I'm sitting still, let alone running. I want ones that go in the ear, rather than over the head type ones but any I can find are at least £35 quid!! A rip-off me thinks! Do you know of any cheaper ones?

I have Nike ones that go around the back of my head and over my ears - run 5 miles 3 times a week and they never move - I put the cord down the back of my neck and out my arm to hook it up though or is really bothersome!!
