I'm sure I've seen one somewhere. I thought it was Bright Minds, but it isn't. Have you seen one anywhere?

DS2 has done a fantastic job constructing a periscope using 'mirrors' made from card covered in silver foil - so needless to say it doesn't actually work very well, and he's a bit disappointed Sad

Ahhh! Your ds2 sounds great. What a brilliant idea to make a periscope. I don't know of a kit but am bumping and keeping an eye on this thread for my ds2.

I saw one in The Natural World last weekend - can't remember how much it was, but they definitely had one.

\link{http://www.thenaturalworld.com/NaturalWorldSite/product/6215933.htm\This} one is on their website, but they had a smaller, cheaper one in the shop.

Thank you so much Smile Smile

WWB: I've never come across the Natural World before. There isn't one near here, but I've printed a map for their shop in Glasgow and put it on our itinerary for our trip in Easter as it looks just our kind of thing!

But for today's problem I've ordered the periscope from the site MB recommended.

Ta muchly very!

Kit has now arrived, and periscope duly constructed.

One very happy ds2.

Thank you Grin
