Tag-a-long bikes

We're looking into tag-a-long bikes for our 4yr old but are having trouble finding one small enough for her as her inside leg is only about 17". (The one's we've tried are all too big even with the saddle set as low at it will go.)
The only one we can find that is advertised as being for smaller kids is the Adams Trail-a-Bike Compact, but they seem to be like hens' teeth and having spoken to the UK distributor the manufacturers sound like they could be in trouble.
Has anyone tried any others that are for smaller kids?

Haven't tried the tag alongs but currently looking at the bars you can get to couple-up your existing bikes. Argos do one, as do halfords, they lift up the front wheel I think as well as "tow" the child bike. They are quite expensive though, £30-50 maybe? So still researching them! Just thought Id mention in case you hadn't seen them.

We had a tow gater which we bought on e-bay picked up local for £20 brilliant! new £70 from halfords. My son average 3 year old absolutely loved it at Blenhiem bike festival. Great investment just took his stablisers off. Dont see the point in buying a additional bike.
