GDG · 17/03/2006 13:18

Are you after the coat? I'm tempted, especially with the tenner off

Delivery is quite slow with them.

Normally have to wait a week.

AllBuggiedOut · 18/03/2006 00:19

I've tried ordering twice and both times it's taken literally weeks for them to come back to stay stuff out of stock. Did get a free crappy phone delivered though, which DS1 has had fun with Grin

LadyTophamHatt · 18/03/2006 07:27

I got a cotton jumpre and some other bits from there recently. It does take ages to deliver (and I'm still waiting for 1 item 3 weeks later)

Jumper lovely though if thats any help

aelita · 18/03/2006 08:45

I wouldn't bother with them if you don't want to be bombarded with stupid junk mail pretending to be written to you personally and triplicated marketing emails which you can't stop no matter how many times you unsubscribe. It takes hours to get through to anyone on the phone. Nor is there any consistency in getting catalogues. I never received the latest one & have now been getting letters asking me why I hadn't placed an order yet! They do a posh interiors catalogue which looks great, except that I've been unable to persuade them to send me two separate editions. Given that the quality of the clothing isn't even that great, it hardly seems worth the bother! I used to get my MIL to order for me and wish I'd stuck with that instead of getting involved with them myself. Deep breath....

I think it is cheap if you wait for the special offers (or search for them on the internet, there are a lot of £10 off and free p+p ones at the moment).

I like the free returns as you can order loads of stuff on your account and then try it all on at home before you pay. If you don't get much chance to shop without your children it is A Good Thing.

cece · 18/03/2006 09:32

Agree,
quality is generally poor, takes ages to arrive, returns are free - which is just as well as I have returned a lot of stuff, you get loads of mail from them. Thinking of cancelling... Have had one excellent item (about 2 years ago) and dh has had a great coat but everything else was awful...
