As some of you will know I childmind. The youngest one i have is now walking, and for some reason has homed in on the TV unit! When he crawled he never went near it. It has the TV on top, and doors which have the DVD Video and Sky sitting on shelves. He has pushed the DVD player so its fallen down the back, has repeatedly pulled the Sky card out, switched the Sky off/changes channels, etc. He has jammed things in the Video. And that's just today. I tried putting something in front of it so he would leave it, but he just pulled it out of the way. Does anyone know if i can get something which would lock the cupboard doors, but still enable us to switch channels, etc. I'm worried he pulls it and breaks it or hurts himself.
Also he keeps opening the front of the TV and switching it off or turning it up, i know there are plastic shields availiable for setting in front of TVs, where would i get one of these.

I tried "locking the doors" with a pony tail band, which used to work with Ds2. This child is persistant though. he pulled and pullled (like the enormous turnip) until it came off. he;'s sleeping just now, so i can finally move from sitting in front of the TV!
