My DD has just started high school. I've bought her her a rucksack style bag for school but it doesn't seem to protect her school books from curling at the corners. Is it still fashionable/ok to buy her a satchel or is it "not cool"? I've seen some on amazon which are covered with a Kath Kidston style print and bright colours. DD likes the idea but just want to make sure she wouldn't get teased or seen as geeky?
