My niece who's 7 has really narrow feet and my poor sister struggles to find shoes to fit her. All Clark's E width are too big and she only found one pair in a Startrite E fitting with an innersole that fit. Has anyone else has this problem and if so what did you do?

Is there anywhere near you that does French kids' shoes? They seem to come up really narrow - have problems here getting shoes to fit Little Miss Fat Feet anyway!

PS They won't be cheap!
