I'd really like to find a moisturising lipstick that almost acts like a lipbalm. Whenever i wear a lipstick my lips end up dry and sore as I constantly seem to lick them!

the body shop do a range of lip glosses....i have the clear pinky colour but there are a whole range of colours
not too shiny and contain some moisturising ingredient...

Boots No7 do a lovely moisturising range of lipsticks and they do nice natural shades. Feel very smooth and never dry my lips.

Benetint by Benefit is a pretty rosy pink lipbalm and has a lovely rose scent !

Thanks for your responses. I shall be making a trip to Boots and Body shop.Has anyone used the benefit lip balm which is shown on the Boots site? It costs £13.50 which i know is a lot of money for a lip balm but if it worked i'd give it a go.

Changing the subject slightly - There was an advert for Max Factor lipstick, the new spangly type ones, advertised on TV last night. The advert said it lasted for 10 hours but only if applied regularly!! - Hey???? Surely ANY OLD lipstick would last for yonks if applied regularly.

Avon have some really luscious ones too

The max factor one on the advert is, I think, for the sparkly stuff - the colour lasts 10 hours but you have to reapply the glittery top coat if you want that effect. Sounds like too much effort to me, reapplying everytime I swig my gin!
