vw caddy maxi life any experience?

We need to change our touran. It's done near 100kand getting expensive.

Seriously considering the fugly, but cheap and roomy, with possibly bigger 3 Rd row seats (titan back row really cramped now kids are adult size) vw caddy maxi life.

anyone got one? What do you think?

It'll mostly be used as 5 Seats, occasionally 7, and reasonably often a university transport bud for the kids tons of stuff!

I have one! I used to have a normal Caddy van before DS (caged out for my dogs) and loved it so when I needed the extra passenger seats I just went up to the Caddy Maxi Life.

It's big but drives like a smaller car (a Golf maybe ) I have the 5 seats in and dog cages at the back. Plenty of room. Th boot is massive even with the 7 seats in though.

I can't comment much on fuel economy as I never fill it up (cash flow issues!). I have the 2 litre and although I bought it with the intention of doing long journeys every weekend (to dog shows) I've actually spent the last year only doing piddly London driving with it.
