Mobile phones - have you got a good deal - PLEASE tell me who with

I am so pi$$ed off with Carphone Warehouse, my contract is up for renewal in 2 months & I don't intend to renew.
I'm sure some of you must have good deals with decent companies who don't jerk you around & treat you like poo even though you've had a contract with them for 3 years.
Please tell me if you rate your deal. I am a fairly low user of both txts & calls but need to have 24 hour freedom, so deals that give you off peak calls are no good for me.
Also, am I better off buying a phone & then just getting the line rental on contract, or should I get the phone & line all in one package?

Carphone warehosue treat me awfully as well.

It has taken me 6 phones and about 10, 20 mile return journeys just to have a phone that works!

I have only had it for a few months so am not sure about customer service and I would always get out and get a new deal after 12 mths but I am with "3" network through dialaphone. You get a good phone,400 anytime any network mins,250 txts,25 picture messages and 25 video call mins for 17.50 per month.It should be 35 quid but its half price for 12 mths on 12 mth contract. £35 will come out of your bank monthly though and you get your money refunded every few months. Am very pleased with it so far. The phone itself sells for £400 on amazon.

Ellasmum, that does sound a good deal - did you arrange it over the internet or did you go to a "3" outlet?

Is there a website where you can compare deals? My phone isn't working & bl**dy carphone warehouse won't give me a replacement while it is being fixed (I HATE them) - please tell me about your GOOD phone deals!!!!

well im with 02, have been for 18 months, its 02 online which i have no problems with. everything is done online, even billing and i pay 19 pounds per month, any handset i like and that includes 50 free mins and 500 texts a month, when contract is up for renewal, they offer you the option to keep your current handset if you want, rather than upgrade and they give you 100 quid if you keep your handset.

you can do it on internet at dialaphone website or phone them. i know when my husbands phone stopped working last year with "3" they sent a replacement by courier next day.
