Need a new flooring for front room. At present it is a dark and ugly blue carpet. We live in this room - all playing, eating, entertaining etc. goes on in here.
Our new flooring needs to:
a) put up with dirt - we wheel 2 bikes a day through here into and out of muddy back garden, also this is what our dining table is on
b) be able to lighten up a fairly dark room
c) comfortable/warm/soft enough for dh to do yoga on and children to sit on.
Not fixed on carpet, but dh thinks wood flooring is too cold.
