I'm getting rid of my runner - it's dry clean only though and i will clean it for you if you want it. It's Next from around 3 years ago - muted aztecky kind of colours; went well in our hall which is wooden floorboards and Victorian style. let me know if you're interested. otherwise, try Next or cotswold company they have quite a few.

Ebay do fab Persian runners.

Laura Ashely had a few nice ones a couple of years ago when we were looking - not sure about now. Worth a peep maybe.

Thanks Moomin, the reason I would like it washable is because we have a dog and her wet paws stain our oak floor. So it will be a bit of a doormat iykwim and will probably need to be washed regularly hence the requirement.

Would you mind sending me a piccy to countessdrac at hotmail dot co dot uk if you can? I may still be interested if it is dark enough.

Thanks

\link{http://www.rogeroates.com/?area=products&sub=rugs&dub=4&pub=1\these look nice}

Moomin · 13/03/2006 11:43

yes will take a photo and send it as soon as i can. btw we are complete mingers, we used to have a dog and we have traipsed the prams/pushcahirs in over it (the rug not the dog) for 4 years without washing it and it still looked ok!!! bet it will look like a different rug after it's cleaned, but still.
