We bought ds one of these for his birthday last year. It's a bit of a puzzle to assemble but very good once it's done. Think about which way round you are putting it so that the awning keeps the sun off as you can't turn it round once it's full of sand. Also, we sealed ours with a coloured woodstain which looks very nice but we were in a bit of a hurry to get it put up as a birthday surprise. If I got another one I would varnish all the bits properly before I put it together because the lid swells up when it is damp and lets the water in. Our fault for being lazy!
It's nice though. The kids love the little benches and even my 13yo godson couldn't resist having a play in the sand with ds!

Sorry just realised. There is a slight difference, ours has two benches opposite each other instead of just the one.
