Can you help with sizes? I'm looking on the megastore website - kids sizes are XS 128cm etc. He's normally in about age 2-3 Boden tops and 3 or 4 yrs at Next.

Thanks, I'm rubbish with these cm sizing!

TIA

DSs is a 6-7 and is 116-122

IIRC, 2-3 in Hennes is 98 cm if that helps!

GDG · 12/03/2006 18:28

Thanks Soupy - it says the smallest size, XS, is 128cm though. There is no explanation on the website.

i think in kids sizes such as age 3-4 you have to buy the whole kit, the shirts alone start at about age 6-7.
the kits come age sized, although they come up small, so if age 3-4 i would get the 4-5 or 5-6 depending on which one they do.

SoupDragon · 12/03/2006 18:43

Yes, I think you could be right about the shirt/full kit being dependant on age.

GDG · 12/03/2006 20:27

Oh really?! Thanks for that - I'll go and have another look!

Can anyone help - I'm stumped! Trying to find a shirt, kit in full if that's the only way, for ds1 5th birthday. He's quite small so needs age 3-4 or 4 probably. I just can't find it anywhere!

Ideally want his name printed on the back too.

Hi GDG
Much as it pains me to talk Man Utd (Arsenal through and through down here!), you've probably coming up against the same problem as us: they don't do kits small enough!
Ours have been running around in the smallest Arsenal shirts for a while now and they're still swamped by them!

GDG · 12/03/2006 20:43

BUt they do infant/baby kits don't they? I seem to only be able to find a baby one or one for a 7-8 yr old. That can't be right can it?!

erm, yup - if our experience is anything to go by! REALLY winds me up...

If you click on the link to football kits, then all shirts, then mu away kit, it gives you a link to shirt sizes. I have tried to paste for you, but lost the formatting so have retyped it. I Think your little one will come under Little kids

Little Kids

XS 86/92cm age 2
S 98/104cm age 3
m 110/116cm age 5
l 122/128cm age 7

Kids Sizes

XS 116/128 age 6/7
S 128/140cm age 8/9
ETC ETC

hope this helps. Also willing to help fellow MU fans.

GDG · 12/03/2006 20:48

Wow, thanks for that! It looks like the home kit isn't in his size then...

Yes, it seems that they don't have any away kits in little kids sizes. Maybe worth phoning them. If I see them online anywhere I will let you know

GDG · 13/03/2006 12:54

Thanks so much - have ordered the shirt from Soccerbox Smile
