OK, I know they are very 60's, but if you could see where its going to go you would realise its what I need (not because of 60's decor but the location!).

I would like a hanging seat / chair -possibly rattan/bamboo etc. thats not too expensive. I have googled but only ones I found were £300+ (they were VERY nice but too expensive). Google brought up loads of hammock-style ones but thats not what I'm after.

I'm sure Ikea used to have them but current catalogue only has fabric "bag" type one. Anyone seen any different ones in-store?

Ikea website has \link{http://www.ikea.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10103&storeId=7&langId=-20&productId=21924\this} in blue and white, or \link{http://www.ikea.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10103&storeId=7&langId=-20&productId=35250\this} in black - sure they used to have them in plain rattan, but not this season it seems...

Thank you Mrs Badger and Moondog.
The Ikea ones are the ones I remember seeing in the catalogue last year -might be worth a trip to the nearest store to go and have a look now. I like the shape of them but not sure about the colours/stuff they're made of.
I'll have a look at Urchin when I get back from the school run.

Thanks again
