Moderately tall safety gate

Currently in stair-gate hell. They all seem to be short (under 80 cm) or really tall 1m plus... I'm after one 82-90 cm tall. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Can you not mount it 2 cm higher off the floor?

The dog gate is too tall :( I should have mentioned we are trying to find a pressure gate if we can to avoid wreckage to house...

I'm also struggling to find a stair gate the right size. We also need a pressure one approximately 80cm. Have you had any luck finding one?
