can all kindles read to me?

I have the basic £89 kindle bought last week. Can it read to me or is that the dearer ones?

only the ones with the keyboard can, (but to be honest its not great, the speech is difficult to follow)

I download books from Audible.co.uk for my drive commute. If you suscribe its quite cheap

My touch wifi one does....

Touch does, but it sounds horrible - very robotic.

Ive not tried it on mine, ive only just noticed it can after nearly a year of owning it.

My Touch does but it's a bit weird and doesn't always stop for punctuation I think you can download audio books though. I haven't done so but I wonder if they would sound different.
