Ive stupidly deleted play store off my phone

Help,I've deleted,play store apps and cannot get it back. I was,having a problem with my Barclays app and was getting in a mess. How do I get it back on? It says it is,installed but doesn't show anywhere.

If its an iPhone, plug it into iTunes and it should be there.
