Best doll for a 1yr old?

It's DD's first birthday soon and we thought we'd get her a doll - does anyone have any recommendations for a good one?

DDs favourite ever is a Gloworm but if you want one with legs then she also likes these two little ones from Woolies, they are a boy and girl twin and come together. She also has a baby Chou Chou but she is not too keen as she drew all over her with a biro.

There are little versions of Baby Annabel, Tiny Tears and Baby Born if that is what you are after. Otherwise go for a soft one like a Maggies Raggies, a dress up one from ELC or Boots, I think, or a Corolle doll whciha re lovely and some are soft bodied.
