I am tired of accumulating an endless pile of plastic toys in my house, as my dd's birthday approaches has anyone got some bright ideas for a low impact green gift for my toddler...?

Seeds and a watering can?
Stuff to make and decorate cakes?
Drawing stuff always good.
A v small gift (book?) and a day out?
A plant for her to plant in the garden?

Cardboard castle? (she can decorate it too, then it recycles when battered to death)
There's a rocket too I believe.

balance bike- encourages outdoor play, made of wood.

A year's pass to your local nature centre, botanical gardens, children's museum, sea life centre etc etc?
