My beautiful old hand-held blender has just died 
So I need to get a new one, and am quite keen to get one that has a chopper attachment. I know the chopper attachment will chop (duh), but will it chop extremely finely to make dressings, etc? Quite keep to have that as a feature of whatever I get, and if a blender attachment wont' do the job, I may have to look elsewhere!
