Does anything get whiteboard pen stains on clothes?

I've tried loads of stain removers but it doesn't come off school uniform . I read a previous thread that recommended a dylon one but it isn't made any longer.

I wish my kids uniform was very dark blue or black!

I begged school to use washable pens.

I went through every solvent in the house: I think if its an alcohol based ink you need an alcohol solvent, I nicked some of DH's IPA (isopropyl alcohol) that you buy in electronics shops like Maplin. Then attacked with every possible bleach/soap/stain remover.

You just have to abandon hope of clean tops for the first couple of years. Good reason not to buy the school logo ones.

Try cheap hairspray, it needs to be sprayed through the material from the back.
Needs to be cheap cheap stuff as well.

Thanks for those suggestions. Will give them a go.

Their sweatshirts are a weird colour & you can't buy plain ones annoyingly. I buy a similarish shade for polo that are 1/4 of the price but can't get cheap sweatshirts.

My older son is 9 & quite clumsy & messy so still has it on him!
