Kindle help please

I bought a kindle(£89 one) a couple of weeks ago, but every time I turn the page I get black flashes, wondering if I should change it for the kindle touch instead?

Also i downloaded the free newspaper trial, and now I can't seem to get rid of it, I don't want to end up being charged for it...

I had problems with mine, MM, and the amazon returns people could not have been more helpful. I had to explain everything over the phone and then they arranged a pick-up of the old one as they delivered the new one. No problems since, and I've been really happy with it ever since. I like the no-fuss straightforwardness of the £89 one myself - now that it works - good luck!

Agree that customer services are very good, I'd contact them. As for the newspaper trial, you need to go into manage my account on amazon.
