Going on holiday tonight for neatly 4 weeks and instead of packing and tidying I am procrastinating, sorting jewellery, music for the car and now books to read whilst I'm away!

I like a good crime thriller or an autobio. Hate chick-lit and pre 1920's drama. I'm open to suggestion apart from that! Unless someone wants to surprise me and there's something in that genre that I'll love.

Have you read any of the Montalbano books? I read August Heat while we were on holiday, although I paid 99p for it in the summer sale.

Lucky you going away for 4 weeks! EnvyGrin.

Michael Connolly writes very good thrillers (well, I enjoy them :) )

Also Rob Brydens auto bio is worth a read
