camera experts over here please!!

i need a new digital camera. we have two small children and by the time my current camera has finally taken the photo they have moved!!! so is it possible to get a fairly good digital camera for under £150 and if so what is the best out there for taking photos of fast moving toddlers!!!!

I've got a fab digital SLR. Bought because I could capture a smile on DS's fast moving face.
I'm no professional but friends are in awe of the photos I take of their children. It's so easy to capture those special, unseen moments.
Only downside is that it doesn't slip in your pocket, small price to pay for decent pictures!
Mine is a Nikon D60 - I bought mine new (has anti vibration) but by now you'll be able to get second hand ones off eBay, my friend got the previous model that was and she loved hers - she's a semi-professional.
