DP spent £104 on some Fly London shoes in mid April. The heel of one shoe has come off so he sent them back to the company he bought them from. They are refusing to refund or replace saying the shoes have been damaged by extreme weather! Now I know it's rained a lot lately but here was some dry weather in May plus we have also been on a week's holday to France where the shoes weren't worn at all. DP doesn't walk to work so they have just had normal wear, yes sometimes in the rain but nothing exceptional.
The company is absolutely refusing to budge. Does this seem reasonable to you?
