DS1 reeally struggles to switch off at night and is regularly up until quite late.
I wondered if some kind of relaxation CD might help and if so does anyone have one they have used and can recommend?
he is 7

TIA

www.amazon.co.uk/Bedtime-Meditations-Kids-Calm/dp/1901923908/ref=pd_bxgy_b_img_c

Haven't used it myself, but heard it's good.

www.amazon.co.uk/Help-Children-Sleep-Bedtime-Audiobook/dp/B000BHGMFE we've got this one and it works well on my two year old even though most of the 'meditation' goes over his head, I imagine an older child would get much more out of it.

I think I'm going to have to try these. I'll try anything with DD at the moment. She gets so tired but can't switch off.

My dd had the princess meditation cd from here which was fantastic for bedtime stresses when she was 6 or so. They do a specifically bedtime one too which looks less drastically girly Grin
