One of the wheels has buckled. Spoke to samsonite and apparently it needs "assessed" before they can say if damage will be covered, am 18 months into a five year guarantee. I'd need to get proof of purchase shipped over (bought in UK am now in oz) and a bit of a faff taking it to a repair centre.
TBH if the standard response is to suck their teeth and tell me it was caused by misuse/ airline damage and therefore it's not covered I'll wait and try to return it to John Lewis in a few months once we get back but if they're generally quite good I'll try and get it sorted over here. Anyone got any experience?
