Clothes in the style of Avril Lavigne URGENT

Dd1 (8) is going as Avril Lavigne to a party next sat.

Need ideas of what she can wear plus any tips on cheap places to get them.

I was thinking black combats and a pink and black top.

Any suggestions welcome.

Lots of black eyeliner and a piercing whine

Try Select, Peacocks, Primark etc.

My dd (11) says a sweatband on her wrist and straightened hair. SHe likes your idea for clothes. She also suggests black boots. H&M do black combats and tops as you describe and dd also suggests tammy. Hope this helps. DONT forget black eyeliner and goth make up.

Lots of cheapy silver rings.

Dd has shoulder length blonde hair, shall i leave it as it is or not ??

a tie- she wears a tie over her tshirt.

(DS1 is a massive fan!)

a tie, swatband on one wrist, skater shoes. and a chain.

Hair straighter the better & a skateboard under one arm. Apparently she doesn't do deodorant [stinky emoticon]

Right we are back. Couldn't get black combats so we got the following...

Grey t'shirt with I (then piccie of skull) ROCK in pink.
Grey and black striped skirt (sounds crap but looks good)
Black tights
Black knee high boots
Black wristband with pinkskulls on
Cross necklace
Earrings one guitar one plectrum
Oh and black short jacket to go over t'shirt.

She's just tried it all on and it looks fab, suits her actually LOL.

Will do her hair and make up when she actually goes next week, but so far it looks great.
