Sparkler's new dining room lighting.....I am so pleased

We are decorating our dining room. We have freshened up the paint sticking with the magnolia colour that was there before. We have pulled up the old carpet and dh's db is putting down a wooden (laminate type) floor for us tomorrow.

We had very old fashioned looking lights on the ceiling and wall so they have been taken down. We went out today and bought these lights. I love them. What do you think?

Why thank you! They are very lovely. Just need to choose a border to go on the wall and some vertical blinds to go on the patio doors. Might get some voile to hang over patio doors too.

ooooh. i am jealous. have 3/4 stripped my dining room but there is still a looooooong way to go before its the room of my dreams. (woodwork, ceilings and walls to paint, plastering and lning paper to put up and floor to lay - aaaaaargh). your lights are luverly.

Vitomum - decorating is a nightmare but it's worth it in the end. My whole house is upside down at the moment all down to one room. We have furniture through the hallway and in the middle of our lounge. It's got me out of the housework for a week though.
