Hi there,

Just a little question...

I am in my 30's, brown hair and brown eyes and i'm looking for a neutral-ish eye shadow with a little shimmer.
I am drawn to, Bobbi Brown cream eye shadow in Sandy Gold. And Mac paint pot in Reubenesque.

Has anyone used these or would recommend anything else?

Thanks.

I have the Bobbi Brown Sandy Gold. I think it is a really nice colour, but I struggle to get it to go on evenly although that could just be cos I'm crap at applying it properly or my eye cream isn't a good one!

Thanks Tea!! Do you use a brush or finger to apply?I use my finger with my current cream eyeshadows but am thinking of buying a brush for better application,if thats going to help? Sandy Gold does look lush... very tempted!

I use the Bobbi Brown Cream Shadow brush (can you tell I was a sucker and bought everything? Wink lthough it was for my bridal make up)

Not sure how it would work applying with the finger - I have a feeling it may not transfer very well from finger to eyelid.

I am also a brown-eyed brunette, btw Smile

Thanks Tea, I really love Bobbi Brown products, I have quite a few of her products, they are lovely and natural but also enhancing.Bet your bridal make up was wonderful!

Looked around shops today, and ended up buying Chanel emervielle. It's a neutral, champagne, peachy, shimmering colour which goes well with brown eyeliner for a day look. Love it!
