Wanadoo Trouble

I amhaving loads of problems with wanadoo--- been on the phone for over 2 hours.
It's anintermittent fault- error 0721 appears.

They said I need to remove Outlook Express and re-install it.

Technician man, with his cables and connection, said OE wasn't the problem.

I got home and after an hour it is going on and off again!!

Wanadoo won't ring back, so i am having to pay; I've signed up til august and they wont let me cancel!

Is anyone else having problems?
Can anyone help me out PLEASE?

Full of sympathy stuck here!

Had similar problems myself took the law into own hands and stopped direct debit and went with another company..
Not legal i know but all fair in love and war.

i did the same as you Mallarky... Wanadoo were SHITE and I would NEVER go with them again if my life depended on it.

We have wanadoo... just moved to wanadoo broadband and want to say that we have no trouble at all with it....

Wanadoo were brilliant when we started! Even rang to ask if we were satisfied with service etc. The problems seem to arise when there is a problem and your transferred to a call centre in India that costs up to 50p a minute and still problems do not get resolved it becomes a nightmare to negotiate your way through-ultimately you want the service your paying for but not receiving!!
