Tell me about it. DS1 wants it for his birthday, I'm sure it's cr*p and am (quite frankly) terrified by the phrase "sticks to anything!" which is used in the blurb about the stuff.

And where can I get it before Saturday if I have to?

It's a tough one - he's desperate for the stuff but I can't tell him it's cr*p!

I'll have to search for a "recipe"

Think it is on 28 days delivery if you are thinking of ordering from tv ad. Managed to get ours into Magic Maize instead !

SoupDragon · 21/02/2006 20:25

Oh how I HATE magic maize!! why on earth did they use a water soluble dye with something designed to be dipped in water? and why does that water soluble dye not wash off childen's hands in one go???

Ta for the link - think DS will have to do without. Or have homemade (although haven't looked at recipe...)

God - Hello Soupy - tell him that Floam was found to be highly toxic and the kids that played with it have grown a spare head!!!

Have told DD after throwing all hers away that a child tried to eat magic maize and it swelled and stuck in her throat and she had to have her head cut off to remove it - hoorah now have nice clean bloody Maize free house again - do buy it fir everyone else's kids on their birthdays though!!
