do you have moseley trading near you?

Katymac · 21/02/2006 17:37

No idea - are they on the internet?

Do you like these?

I won't need Planning permission for them

They can come down each night

The neighbours can't (really) complain about a brolly

Perfect solution...must check about rain

they are lovely but expensive, would you have somewhere to stor them? I expect they are v heavy

Katymac · 21/02/2006 18:19

I think (from the site) they stay in situ

They are expensive - but no more so that an actual roof & no Planning Permission

i think your mindees must be very lucky you plough soi much back in ti the business

Katymac · 21/02/2006 18:24

But it will improve my quality of life - we can't sit out in the summer as the sun is too strong & it's very hot in the conservatory

So perfect for then

They can't play out after the rain cos the lawn is too muddy and I hate mud inside

So perfect for then

I can't leave the door open for them to go in & out at will as there are steps - so the higer deck will be perfect for that

If it makes my life easier - then I'm all for it.....and anyway OFSTED think I'm outstanding and I need to live up to that

How about a shade sail ? But you'd need to have something to fix it onto. Also someone who will custom make them.

Katymac · 21/02/2006 21:48

Jackieno - I'm a bit worried about getting that up and down all the time with the wind and rain etc

The umbrella thingie should just wind up & down (apparently....but we'll see)

Yes - it wasn't clear to me how that would work either. They look lovely, though. Quite fancy one in the garden myself, but would find it hard to justify.

Katymac · 21/02/2006 21:54

The really big parasols I've linked to are surprisingly unexpensive (still loads of money - but much cheaper than I've seen elsewhere)
