Help! Air Purifiers?

I need something to get dust etc out of the air. We need it now because of building works, but wouldn't mind having one generally, anyway.

I don't think we need our air humidified or dehumidified, just de-dusted, iyswim.

The only ones I can see for sale in the UK are strange brands that I can't find reviews for. I've been told Honeywell air purifiers are good, but can't find any for sale in the UK.
