Thought I would share my research. I wanted a monthly SIM only, as already have a handset, I wanted to cap the monthly amount, incase phone was stolen and used by thief to rack up massive bill or if DD left roaming on. Tesco have one, whereby you pay £12.50 a month and you have 500 minutes and 5000 texts etc, and no way can you use more than this, on your account.pay monthly. if you want more usage you have to top it up.
