Ford Fiesta or Vauxhall Corsa

I am looking for a new small car and would like any suggestions and views regarding these two cars. Will be using the car to take DD to school and for work.

Corsa. DH finally sold his diesel one off for spares or repair when it was 14 years old, and then only because he didn't fancy doing the welding necessary to get it through its MOT - engine was super. The man who bought it put it back on the road - we still see it occasionally, 2/3 years later.

I've had both as a rental car in my job recently. I drive gazillion miles a week and the fiesta wins hands down as far as I am concerned. I hate the corsa,it has the most annoying indicators of all time. The only redeeming feature is the heated steering wheel.

which one is better looking? Personally think Fiesta is better but DH likes Corsa

Have had both and love the Corsa, really lovely to drive. But mine is really old so not sure what the new ones are like.

Personally, I think the Fiesta looks pretty. It is certainly comfier on long car trips. I think the boot is bigger too. You need to test them for yourself really. I guess I have got used to the Corsa now but I would never have chosen it over the Fiesta.

Thanks for suggestions and views. Will possibly go for test driving and see which one I like.

Corsas are ok but have toy thought of a Honda or a Nissan. Both very reliable.
