New Kindle book sale

There's a Jubilee sale - but as well as lots of books about QEII, there's lots of 20th century and older history books, including quite a few about the Tudors by the looks of it, historical novels, crime fiction, some with no Jubilee theme at all.

For anti-Jubilee reading, there's a book about the Sex Pistols, perhaps. And possibly separately there's a Christopher Hitchens rant about the monarchy as a British foible coming out on 29 May at £1.29.

cocolepew, I'm sure you didn't spend as much as I just have. Not interested in the books about the Queen, and I don't buy books by Tory MPs and people I really dislike, but there all the same, there were so many I just couldn't resist. And I'll probably find more I need before 7 June.

I got the library book. It's a collection of authors love letters to libraries - fabulous.
