Kindle touch "ghosting"?

Dd just brought herself a kindle touch with some of her birthday money.

It seems to be ghosting quite badly. Is this normal?

She brought it this evening and has only used it for an hour or so, but its really noticeable.

Would she have been better off with the £89 kindle?

We are new to e-readers and would really appreciate any advice

ghosting in what way? When you turn pages? They all do that - after a couple of days you won't even notice it, honestly. I adore my Touch, got it for Christmas

you can adjust how often the page refreshes - think it's in settings

change from every 6 pages to every page

you will then get the screen going 'black' on every page turn, like the kindle keyboard

have to admit I don't notice the ghosting at all now
