i would buy it the ds' would love it, but it is too expensive! think they would dive from the roof, but isn't that part of the fun?

Cool I like it, yes kids will jump off the top. I would surround it with a very deep bed of bark chips I mean at least a foot deep and keep topping it up. Make sure it is far enough away from walls, fence posts and other things that would cause damge if landed on, no worse than climbing trees .

What are the cheapest play houses around? Think my ds's would love one for the summer.

If I had £500 knocking around with nothing to do I'd get it. Looks fab.

It is lovely but would not be able to justify the cost, Collision, its might not be what you are looking for but my daughter loves the princess tent from ELC plus you can put it away in the winter. She plays in it for hours with her dolls etc
