Baby books for Childcarer to fill in about Baby's day - UWILA!

I'm pretty sure that it was Uwila who said that her nanny makes books/files for nannies to fill in with info about the baby's day?
Is there a link anyone?

Or does anyone know where I can find similar?

dd1's day nursery had cards - a5 size - that was a tick and flick sort of thing with room for comments on the back.... I can scan and email if you like.

Thanks for the offer eidsvoid - I seem to remember uwila's nanny makes really pretty files to store the notes in - it's a present for a friend.
