anyone had bought frameless glasses from ASDA?

as my glasses screw and nut had fell off

will they charged me? as last time baba bent me glasses and shattered the glass so it costed me alot to replace them

I don't know about Asda but normally if screws need replacing opticians will do it free of charge.

In which case they will probably have to replace the glasses. How old are they? If they're not very old they should replace them for you free of charge, if they're old and knackered then they'll probably charge you for them.

they are very new - less than 12 mths old

I'd take them back and lay it on thick that they're new glasses, should have lasted longer than this, and what are they going to do about it. Unless you're jumping on them they should last longer than that!

well i took them back yesterday and it was a fault on the frame so they are replacing it with a new frame - yippee!!!
