we have it and its great.

lots of play pieces, the house stands up okay if you leave it slightly at an angle not perfectly straight,. but it does fall over if pushed.

for once it does seem to be good value for money, my DD got it for her 3rd birthday and its played with about twice a week, but then she got given a proper dolls house so i think that might have had some effect
